Beklenen Sonuçlar
It involves 2 outcomes and 7 outputs. The outcomes are (a) increased awareness of workers and managers/executives on the importance, content, and legal dimension of decent work regarding OHS in mining sector and (b) increased labour and management partnership in effective implementation of OHS policies in mining sector. The long-term impact will be improved safety and security in mining sector. To achieve the outcomes, the project will achieve 7 outputs such as a survey report, 50 trained unionized workers, 20 trained managers/executives, a self-check OHS risk booklet, a Labour Management Review Committee, an Awareness Raising Campaign, and two workshop reports.

Ulaşılan Sonuç ve Çıktılar
The awareness of workers and managers about the importance, content and legal dimension of decent work related to OHS in the mining sector was increased.
Increased workforce and management partnerships have been established in the effective implementation of OHS policies in the mining sector. A survey report was produced with the project. Awareness of 194 employees and 21 managers was increased by 100%. A risk control booklet was prepared. Awareness Raising Campaign and two workshop reports were produced and implemented.
