Genel Amacı
The global objective of the project is to establish a business and management personnel certification center which will complete the process of TURKAK accreditation and VQA authorization processes within the context of 10 developed NQs and 5 revised NOSs in order to contribute to meeting the needs of qualified personnel in the business and management sector.

Özel Amacı
In order to facilitate the harmonization of the Turkish Qualifications Framework with the European Qualifications Framework, to increase the contributions and efficiency of the personnel involved in critical positions in all sectors of industry, tourism, education and services with the introduction of a certain standard of professional qualifications in the business and management sector.

To accelerate the sectoral development and progress in the sectors where the target 10 occupational fields operate. Promote related staff to work efficiently and reach their career goals in the next 10-year projection with accurate and effective career guidance and certification.

To contribute to the training of qualified human resources in the field of business and management in Turkey. Supporting the knowledge and experience of the business and management sector contributing to cross-sectoral and interdisciplinary studies with lifelong learning vision, directing their development according to current sectoral needs

Beklenen Sonuçlar
NQs for 10 professions and NOSs for 5 professions will be developed after transferring best practices from Austria.

The standard development, qualification development and question bank creation activities will be handled by a professional NGO for the first time in the business and management sector, representing about 20 years of civil society sector.

Management Consultants Association Test and Certification Center will be established.

The orientation, evaluation and certification of the necessary equipment during the planning phase will be carried out by our organization.

Training of experts will be provided. 100 people from 10 occupational groups will participate to the theoretical and practical exams.

A professional approach will be established in the sector and it will be conducive to the development of standards for the professions that have not yet been officially registered.
