(VOC-TEST-III) KURAM Vocational Test Center (KURAM Mesleki Sınav Merkezi)
Projenin genel amacı, 26 sektörde (Mesleki Standartlar Geliştirme Mesleki Bilgi ve Beceri sınav ve Belgelendirme Merkezleri) ve VOCTest Merkezlerinin kurulmasını desteklemek ve de verimli, sürdürülebilir ve güvenilir UMS'lerin yaygınlaştırılması yoluyla uygun, şeffaf ve kalite güvencesi sağlayan sınav ve belgelendirme yapılarının oluşturulması ve UMS ve UY'lerin geliştirilmesi ve/veya revize edilmesidir.
Projenin özel amacı ise; Tarihi Eser Koruma ve Restorasyon alanında hizmet veren etkin ve sürdürülebilir bir VOC-Test merkezi kurmak, Tarihi Eser Koruma ve Restorasyon Elemanı (Seviye 4) için geçerli olan UMS ve UY'leri revize etmek, İnşaat Sektörü kapsamındaki Tarihi Eser Koruma ve Restorasyon Elemanı (Seviye 5) için geçerli olan UMS ve UY'leri revize etmek ve Tarihi Eser Koruma ve Restorasyon Elemanı Seviye 4 ve 5, Yapı Teknik Ressamı (İnşaat/Altyapı/Üstyapı) Seviye 4 ve Yapı Teknik Ressamı (Mimari/İç Mimari) Seviye 4 düzeyinde belgelendirilen kişi sayısını artırmaktır.
Genel Amacı
The main objective of the project; supporting development and/or revision of National Occupational Standards (NOSs) and National Qualifications (NQs), supporting establishment of “Vocational Knowledge and Skills Testing and Certification Centres” (VOC-Test Centres) in 26 sectors to ensure the dissemination of efficient, sustainable and reliable NQS by enabling an appropriate, transparent and quality assured testing and certification structures.

Özel Amacı
Specific Objective of The Project; Establishment of an effective and sustainable VOC-Test Center serving in the field of Historical Conservation and Restoration, revision of the NOSs and NQs for Level 4 and 5 of Historical Artifact Conservation and Restoration Worker, increase certified people on Level 4 and 5 of Historical Artifact Conservation and Restoration Worker, Level 4 of Building Draftsperson (Construction/ Infrastructure/ Superstructure) and Level 4 of Building Draftsperson (Architecture/Interior Design).

Beklenen Sonuçlar
As a result of the activities planned to be carried out within the scope of the project, a VOC-Test Center will be established with the official approval of the relevant institutions and accredited under the scope of TS EN ISO / IEC 17024 by TURKAK and the center will be authorized for testing and certificating of Level 4 and 5 of Historical Artifact Conservation and Restoration Worker, Level 4 of Building Draftsperson (Construction/ Infrastructure/ Superstructure) and Level 4 of Building Draftsperson (Architecture/Interior Design), NOSs and NQs for Level 4 and 5 of Historical Artifact Conservation and Restoration Worker will be revised.

Ulaşılan Sonuç ve Çıktılar
* VOC-Test Center was established with official approval from relevant institutions
* The center is accredited by TURKAK under TS EN ISO / IEC 17024
* The center was authorized to test and certify by Vocational Qualification Institute on Level 4 and 5 of the HACRW and Level 4 of BD (Construction /Infrastructure/ Superstructure) and Level 4 of BD (Architecture/Interior Design)
* The NQSs and NQs for the Level 4 and 5 of the HACRW under the construction sector were revised.
* 150 people were tested during pilot tests
