Bu çalışmanın amacı, kaynaştırma öğrencilerinin mesleki eğilimlerini doğru belirlemek, doğru meslek edinmelerini sağlamak ve yapabileceği mesleğin eğitimini alması için yöneticilerin/öğretmenlerin/rehber öğretmenlerin BEP ve Mesleki Eğilim konusunda bilgi ve beceri düzeylerini arttırarak eğitim ve öğretim kalitesini arttırmaktır.
Genel Amacı
The aim of this study is to improve the quality of education and training by increasing the capacity of managers/teachers/guidance teachers on IEP and professional tendency in order to determine the vocational tendency of inclusive students, to ensure that they acquire the right profession and to receive the training of the profession they can do.

Özel Amacı

To determine the vocaional tendencies of integration students,
•Integration practices of teachers, families, school administrators, the importance of directing integration students to the right professional fields, etc. Raising awareness of special education and / or inclusive education through training/information meetings/publications on issues
•To increase the capacity of teachers in inclusive education through special education and / or training in the fields of IEP preparation, determination of professional tendency, training of trainers etc.
•The aim of our project is to create and develop networks and partnership mechanisms related to special education and / or inclusive education.

Beklenen Sonuçlar
-Improved the quality of education and training
-Increased the capacity of managers/teachers/guidance teachers on IEP and professional tendency
