Proje Genel Bilgileri
Genel Amacı
It is aimed to train qualified personnel in the informatics sector in order to remove obstacles to the employment of young and disadvantaged groups, especially women, by considering gender equality in Kocaeli province.

Özel Amacı
a) Development of qualified human resources infrastructure suitable for the professions needed in the IT sector in Kocaeli
b) Accelerate labor force participation of disadvantaged groups in the region in order to support social inclusion and civil society dialogue
c) Establishing a Digital Business Platform, ensuring professional participation and adaptation of the young and disadvantaged gorups ( women and disabled) who are determined by working from their own homes, through professional trainings
d) Dissemination of environmentalist approaches ( green business ) and practices in the IT sector.

Beklenen Sonuçlar
a) 16-35 age old unemployed women and men ( 20 people ) were provided with IT tainings and skills compatible with future professions. After the trainings, non-registered trainees could be registered to İŞKUR.
b) 15 IT company owners / officers reveived environmental good business practices and industry 4.0 training ( mostly oriented energy efficiency ) to adapt their good business practices to their businesses.
c) 1 disabled association participated in trainings to support civil society dialogue and acceleration of participation the labor force of the disabled.
d) 5 disabled improved their professional skills by receiving IT trainings.
e) 20 university students improved their professional skills by receiving informatics trainings and were harmonized with the conditions sought in future professions.
f) The Future Works in Informatics Dissemination Seminar was organized and the experiences of leading names in digital professions were transferred to the region and a sectoral awareness was create, especially for young people, women, and disabled people interested in IT.
g) The Digital Business Platform (DBP) was established and the elements supporting the disabled people to gain skills compatible with the professions of the future within the scope of the Public-Private Sector NGO collabration were established.
