Genel Amacı
To improve employability and employment through decent future of work approach with a focus of gender equality through trainings and awareness facilities with different partners

Özel Amacı
- Creating Virtual Reality (VR), Augmented Reality (AR) and Mixed Reality (XR)
- Designer training curriculum and infrastructure within the scope of decent work of the future
- Strengthening human resources capacity by providing new generation competencies to trainers, young unemployed, high school and university students and employees with a focus on gender equality
- Developing the awareness of the business world about the professions of the future

Beklenen Sonuçlar
1. VR/AR/XR Designer qualifications determined
2. Web-based Education platform was created
3. 1 laboratory was established at Coşkunöz Education Foundation
4. 1 educational application area was created at Bursa Technical University
5. Training of trainers program was created at Coşkunöz Education Foundation
6. VR/AR/XR Designer Certificate Program was held for the unemployed and employees
7. VR/AR/XR Designer training program was held for students studying in the relevant departments of the Information Technologies, Computer Engineering and Engineering Faculties.
8. A training of trainers program was held for a total of 40 teachers and academics at Coşkunöz Education Foundation.
9. An awareness conference event was organized for employers, business professionals, managers and NGOs.
10. A vision conference was held to raise social awareness.
11. MEB and YÖK curriculum recommendation report was presented.
12. A joint cooperation protocol was signed between University-School-Sector-NGO.
13. The 13th Project Competition award ceremony and closing conference were held.
