159 Establishment of Tech Based Applied Training Center for Future of Works in M...
Proje Genel Bilgileri
Genel Amacı
To build necessary skills and knowledge for all related parties (employees, employers, unemployed people and students) in line with the needs of future of works and to increase the awareness of the all related parties about the future of works(FOW) are constitute the overall objective of this project.

Özel Amacı
1) Establishment of MCCI FOW Applied Training Centre to build necessary skills and knowledge for the related parties about FOW.
2) Organization of applied-training programs about FOW via the centre.
3) Organization of seminars, meetings and awareness raising activities about FOW for the related parties.
4) Establishment of online training and service platform to ensure continuous learning about FOW.
5) Organization of works for preparation of national occupational standard(NOS) or national vocational qualification(NVQ) related with work area of Robot Operator to give accredited and authorized certificates to the beneficiaries.
6) Organization of International Conference to contribute to gender equality on FOW.

Beklenen Sonuçlar
1)Establishment of MCCI FOW Applied Training Centre.
2) Enhancement of target groups’ capacity in the field of future of works (such as robot coding, robot operating and maintenance)
3) Contribution to the creation of perception and awareness about the structural changes that brought by FOW.
4)Establishment of online training and service platform
5)Publication of NOS or NVQ related with work area of Robot Operator
6)Creation of accredited certified workforce in Mersin region.
7)Report of international conference about gender equality in FOW.
