Proje Genel Bilgileri
Genel Amacı
The main purpose of the project is to increase the competencies of young women in the field of "smart cities", which is considered as the profession of the future, and to increase the female employment rate.

Özel Amacı
- Developing the awareness of the business world about the professions of the future
- Increasing knowledge, skills and competences related to "smart cities"
- Providing employment in IT for women students
- Strengthen the dialogue between public institutions and vocational high schools

Beklenen Sonuçlar
-Other companies operating in the IT sector will also tend to support similar social responsibility projects and be more sensitive to women's employment.
-More female students will be orientated towards these fields and will want to take part in projects supporting future professions
-In addition to increasing the vocational qualifications of the students, Smart Women Smart Cities Academy will inspire the planning of new studies for the target group of the project in the project implementation region and set an example for other stakeholders in the region, especially vocational high schools.
-The 4 companies involved in the project as private sector participants will also increase the awareness levels of other private sector companies (especially information and technology companies) on smart cities and women's employment
-The private Public-NGO-Private Sector cooperation established within the scope of the project will attract the attention of both the private sector companies involved in the project and the companies that are in the network of these companies or that are their competitors, and will contribute to the involvement of these private sector companies in the field of social responsibility.
