Gelişmiş Çevre Sektörü için Revize Ulusal Meslek Standartları Yeterlilikler ile VOC-Test Merkezinin Kurulması
Ülkemizin “sıfır atık” politikasına hizmet etmek üzere, çevre sektöründeki uygulamaların iyileştirilmesini katkı sunulması;
Özellikle atık toplama, ayırma ve geri dönüşüm işlerinde önemli bir sorun teşkil eden çevre sektöründe nitelikli personel ihtiyacının karşılanmasına yönelik etkin bir mekanizma oluşturulması, böylece yanlış uygulamanın önlenmesi ve sosyal, ekonomik ve sektörel kayıpların giderilmesine katkıda bulunulması.
Genel Amacı
Establishing an effective mechanism to meet the need of qualified personnel in the environment sector, which constitutes an important problem especially in the waste collection, segregation and recycling business, thus preventing misapplication and contributing to the elimination of social, economic and sectoral losses.

Özel Amacı
1-To prepare occupational standards and develop national qualifications for
1. Medical and Hazardous Waste Collector from Healthcare Facilities (revision);
2. Industrial Packaging Reuse Preparation Worker (revision);
3. Waste Coordinator (revision);
4. Paper Waste Recovery Element;
5. Auto Cleaning and Disassembly Worker (Level 4);
6. Auto Cleaning and Disassembly Worker (Level 5);
7. Excavation and construction waste disposal personnel (Level 3) occupations in environment sector

2-To determine the standards of the target profession fields as TÜÇEV in the environmental sector, to prepare their qualifications and being an accredited testing and certification centre

3-Taking long-term measures by acting in partnership with the sectoral stakeholders, by workshops, information seminars, professional awareness workshops and training of testers (ToT)

4-Performing sector needs analysis 5-Establishment of an examination question bank for the developed occupational standards.

Beklenen Sonuçlar
Preparation of 7 occupational standards and development of 7 national qualifications were realized *TUCEV VOC-Test Centre was established by accreditation of TURKAK and approve of VQA *Examination infrastructure was designed and established both fixed and mobile use for providing services to all sector firms and workers in Turkey *Question banks of at least 500 questions were created for each of the 7 occupations *Training was provided for 20 person of testers team *3 sector workshops were organized for capacity building and networking for inclusive communication *4 Information seminars was provided for 1000 people
