Genel Amacı
OVERALL OBJECTIVE

· Developing qualified and certified labour force,

· Strengthening the link between education and employment,

· Facilitating the harmonization of TQF with EQF Specific objective(s):

· Development of Sustainable and Reliable NQS

· Quality Assured Testing and Certification Centre

· VOC TEST Centre ,Developing number of certified Personnel in ICT Sector

Özel Amacı
SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES

Specific objectives of the project is going to be recognition of prior learning systems with the adaption inline with occupations, developing sustainable and reliable NQS, Quality Assured Testing and VOC TEST Certification Centre, Developing number of certified personnel in ICT Sector regarding the occupation of Digital Transformation, increasing awareness among employers, employees and candidates, development of vulnerable groups in ICT Sector.

Beklenen Sonuçlar
EXPECTED RESULTS

The main target is to teach the effective use of knowledge to the members of the society in all kinds of education and to create the infrastructure that will provide this. NQS development is going to improve the indicators of this target.

Another target is to introduce models that will improve the industrial cooperation of the Academy and to support the activities of establishing technoparks in order to encourage research and development activities in IT sector..

As a main target VOC Test Centre is going to be founded by TBV in this action.

Final Beneficiaries of the action will be Employers, Employees, Vulnerable Groups in ICT, VOC TEST Centres, Qualification Developers, Occupational Standard Setting Bodies, Continuing Education Centres and Technoparks,. YASAD , TÜBİSAD and TÜBİDER are the main employers’ associations that we will be cooperating. As a final beneficiary, Gaziantep Technopark is going to be associate in the action.

By this Project we will be aiming to increase NQS availability of the ICT sector regarding digital transformation occupations. Certification by the VOC TEST Centre solutions for the problems and needs of the recruitment will be achieved.
