Developing teachers' knowledge and skills related to special education and / or inclusive education Beklenen Sonuçlar 1. Positive change of attitudes of school staff towards inclusive and special education 1.1.The teachers and managers in our district should be willing to work in a cooperative and coordinated manner in accordance with the needs of the individual who needs special education. 1.2. The staff preparing Personal Education Plan (PEP) for the individuals who need special education should be willing to develop and apply these plans and have sufficient skills. The administration should be willing and act as an entrepreneur to provide the necessary support to the educational staff responsible for the implementation of the PEPs prepared for individuals in need of special education. Developing tolerance, cooperation and empathy skills of peer students in schools where there are students who need special education. 2. Developing teachers' knowledge and skills related to special education and / or inclusive education 2.1. Teachers should have knowledge about individuals with special needs. 2.2. Teachers should know how to prepare and apply PEP. 2.3. Teachers should have necessary knowledge about inclusive applications. (face-to-face and online teaching) 2.4. Teachers should have enough knowledge about how to deal with behavior problems of individuals with special needs. 2.5. Developing and adapting educational materials (event samples, resources, guides, etc.) for the needs to use in the inclusive education. 2.6.
